GhostedMRR is built on a simple principle: we only collect what we need to help you prevent churn. We never sell your data. We never share it with third parties for advertising. Your customers' data belongs to you.
Who we are
GhostedMRR is a churn prevention tool for solo SaaS founders. We help you identify at-risk customers before they cancel. Our service is operated by GhostedMRR ("we", "us", "our").
What information we collect
About you (the founder):
- Email address and name — for your account
- Company and product name — to personalise your dashboard
- Payment information — processed by Stripe, we never store card details
- Usage of GhostedMRR itself — to improve the product
About your customers (via tracking snippet):
- User ID and email — only what you explicitly pass to
GhostedMRR.identify() - Session activity — page views, session start/end times
- Feature usage events — only events you explicitly track with
GhostedMRR.track() - Payment status — only if you connect Stripe (read-only)
What we never collect
- Passwords or authentication credentials
- Credit card or banking information
- Content your customers create inside your product
- Personally identifiable information beyond what you explicitly send us
- Data from users who have not been identified via
identify()
How we use your data
- To calculate churn risk scores for your customers
- To send you alerts when a customer crosses your risk threshold
- To generate AI win-back email drafts
- To improve our scoring algorithms (anonymised and aggregated only)
Data storage and security
All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS in the US East region. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use row-level security to ensure founders can only access their own data.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data and your customers' data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
- Access your data at any time from your dashboard
- Export your data in CSV or JSON format
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Disconnect Stripe at any time — we immediately stop pulling data
Third-party services
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing (optional, read-only)
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Anthropic Claude — AI email generation (no data stored by Anthropic)
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
